I’m a bit of a plant geek

I am kind of a plant geek. I don’t have the greenest thumb but I am totally in awe of how everything we really need to thrive, & stay healthy has all been provided to us on this beautiful planet we call home.

For example; the luffa plant (loofahs) a plant that is the cousin to the cucumber, can be eaten (and juiced) and when dried and peeled can be a sponge 🤯 It was brought to North America over 9,000 years ago.

The Bath Witch always wonders why we look to a lab to make synthetic forms-when everything we need has already been provided.

This is something I toy with trying- growing my own luffa’s just to see if I can do it. I may yet!
